Yeah, "Think before you speak and resist burning bridges unless you’re absolutely sure you’ll never want to cross them again" seems like it should always be tacked on to the end of a Scorp horoscope.

Fuck Mars. Mars is always creating havoc in my life.
What I don't understand is why give that kind of cautionary advice when Scorpios invariably read it and think, "Ha ha, right. Fuck that noise."
Adjustments, yes. This could many anything. Maybe Nova Scotia will come through unexpectedly or some such.
